๐ Toy Overload
My child begs for a new toy theyโll likely forget. Do I give in to avoid a meltdown, or say no and teach them about wanting vs. needing?

Get it but they have to remove another toy from the house. Make them pick which toy before buying and dont give it them until they have got rid of it. It will make them think about it

Say no. Teach them to value what they haveโless clutter, more meaning.

Get the toy if theyโve been good, but make them donate an old one first.

Offer a non-toy reward, like a fun outing. Shifts focus from stuff to experiences.
