I think diplomacy is the best shot. Get neutral countries like Switzerland to host peace talks and push for ceasefires so aid can reach people. It’s not quick, but it saves lives.

Sanctions seem to hit hard without starting a bigger war. Also, sending more aid to Ukraine’s schools and hospitals could show support for the people, not just the fight.
